Our team

Samantha is a Licensed Estate Agent with more than a decade of experience – nearly nine running her own agency. She hails from NSW, but like any true Melburnian, she loves moments of sunshine, good coffee and spending time with her friends and family. She lives with her two kids… and one much larger kid.

David is our Business Development Manager and brings over a decade’s worth of experience in the industry to our team. A “proper” Melburnian, David’s favourite bar is the classic Corner Hotel and, in his own words, he likes “tomato sauce on nearly everything”.

Emma joined us from a traditional real estate agency and immediately noticed the HomeGround difference: “It’s Connected. Rewarding. Purposeful. I am so privileged to be part of such a tight knit team that is making a difference every single day,” she says. When not at work, you’ll find her in the great outdoors.

With a background in International Human Resources, Nina retrained in property management with one purpose in mind: to work with HomeGround Real Estate and make a difference. Now that she’s here, she’s loving every day she spends in a job that reflects her own core values.

Megan made the switch to HomeGround after working for a traditional real estate agency. She’s loving working for a team that she says is, “Dedicated, driven, and focused on community.” She loves seeing the generosity of property owners who are looking to make a difference.

Kylie worked in real estate in Sale before moving back to Melbourne. She has more than 12 years’ experience working with people. People are her passion. She loves what HomeGround Real estate stands for and is thrilled to be making a difference in the world. Her favourite things are city views at dusk and discovering new places.

Janne has worked in the real estate industry for more than two decades, with all of that time spent in trust accounting. She made the move to HomeGround four years ago to achieve her desire to be part of a “bigger picture” real estate agency. She enjoys getting outdoors and spending time with family & friends.

Alicia is an invaluable member of the HomeGround team – she keeps us running smoothly. And it seems she’s a true expert when it comes to difficult accomplishments, as she tells us she can stand on her head! She loves turning up to work each day knowing she’s making a difference.
