Terms and Conditions: HomeGround Real Estate referral promotion
Eligibility
This promotion is open to all current HomeGround Real Estate property owner customers with a listed rental property in Melbourne.
Promotion period
The referral promotion runs from May 12, 2025, to June 8, 2025.
How to participate
To participate, property owners refer a friend, family member, or colleague who is looking for ethical, professional property management services for their Melbourne-based property.
The referrer needs to email the referee’s email and or mobile number to [email protected] by June 8, 2025.
Referral process
The referred individual must sign managing authority to transition their Melbourne rental property to HomeGround Real Estate’s management by June 30, 2025.
Reward
The referrer will receive two months of free property management fees once the referred property is under HomeGround Real Estate’s management. This will be applied to the management fees for July and August 2025 and only apply to the management fee not other fees, bills, and maintenance costs.
Conditions
HomeGround Real Estate reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and referrals.
The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits. HomeGround Real Estate reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
